Video Director

Job Responsibilities: Create original and engaging video concepts aligned with marketing goals and brand identity. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives. End-to-end responsibility for video shoots – from planning and storyboarding to directing and supervising on-set activities. Hands-on expertise in camera handling and technical setup to ensure high production quality. Source, coordinate, and manage actors, influencers, or freelancers through established ties with talent agencies or individual professionals. Manage production schedules, budgets, and team coordination. Ensure timely delivery of final edited content. Job Requirements: ● Strong creative vision and storytelling ability ● Proven experience in video direction, concept ideation, and execution ● Practical experience with camera handling and on-ground shoot responsibilities ● Existing network of actors, agencies, or freelancers for quick turnarounds ● Experience working with product companies (directly or through agencies) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Video editing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
