Position Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video production, editing, and post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Development

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, client testimonials, and corporate communications
  
• Develop engaging video content for social media platforms, websites, and internal communications
  
• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content
  
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and storyboard video projects
  

Technical Execution

• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage
  
• Edit raw footage using industry-standard software to produce polished final products
  
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency
  
• Optimize videos for various platforms and formats (web, mobile, social media)
  
• Manage video assets and maintain organized file structures
  

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including technical, marketing, design, and content teams
  
• Understand project requirements and deliver content that aligns with brand guidelines
  
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  
• Stay current with video production trends, techniques, and emerging technologies
  

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 3-5 years of professional experience in video production and development
  
• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, AI editing tools, etc.)
  
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects)
  
• Knowledge of color grading and audio editing tools
  
• Understanding of video codecs, formats, and compression techniques
  
• Familiarity with camera operation, lighting setups, and audio recording
  

Creative Skills

• Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision
  
• Excellent eye for composition, timing, and visual aesthetics
  
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives
