Video Design Manager

Job Summary

The Video Design Manager is responsible for producing Video, Digital collateral, and PowerPoint presentations that reflect Epiqs brand identity. The position requires adhering to brand guidelines (visual and verbal) and working closely with the graphic design team and an outside design firm. This team member will be on point to deliver content per specifications, with quick turnaround. The candidate will work with teams and stakeholders in the marketing department, producing identity marketing, digital marketing materials, marketing for sales, corporate communications, and product marketing assets.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Translating stakeholder requirements in to design language, visualization, and creation of high quality videos, adhering to timelines and effectively communicating with the stakeholders.
• Creating video templates for commonly used podcasts, animations, and video assets.
• Design marketing assets including client presentations, solution briefs, social posts, webpage graphics, infographics, advertisements, email campaigns, videos, and white papers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and sales stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
• Utilize marketing templates to ensure consistency in developed materials.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality materials are delivered through proofreading and a structured review process with the graphics team.
• Maintain a universal storage system for working files and assets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools.
• Support Marketing practice with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premier and other required video tools. Cinema 4D is a preferred addition.
• Basic to mid-level knowledge of Audio editing and audio enhancement for the purpose of the video creation.
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign: Desktop publishing knowledge to create page layouts and documents for print and digital.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Video editing or production working knowledge is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a global team, communicating effectively and managing time to meet deadlines.

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Experience

  : 10 years of experience in graphic design and video creation.
