Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Publishing and Community Management

  • Content Scheduling:

    Manage the scheduling and direct publishing of all approved content across key social channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X) using designated social media management tools.
  • Community Monitoring:

    Monitor all social channels for comments and basic inquiries. Escalate sensitive or complex issues immediately to the Marketing Manager, but do not own strategic audience engagement or long-term growth planning.

Multimedia Content Creation

  • Video Creation:

    Independently create, film, record, and edit high-quality short-form video content (e.g., interviews, quick tips, platform demos) for native publication on social channels.
  • Platform Optimisation:

    Research and implement platform-specific content best practices (e.g., aspect ratios, duration, and engagement hooks for vertical video) to maximise organic reach and paid ad performance.
  • Visual Asset Design:

    Design high-impact graphics, templates, and visual banners for social media and basic marketing support needs.
  • Brand Voice:

    Ensure all content adheres not only to visual brand guidelines but also to the platform's social media voice and tone

Collaboration & Feedback Loops

  • Marketing Support:

    Provide fast, reliable support to the Marketing team by completing visual content requests and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Asset Management:

    Maintain and organise the company's library of digital content and templates, ensuring version control and easy access for the wider team.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience:

    4 years of professional experience in a digital content creation or visual production role.
  • Technical Proficiency (Mandatory):

    High proficiency in Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut or equivalent) and Graphic Design (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma).
  • Execution Focused:

    Proven ability to follow technical specifications and detailed creative briefs precisely, delivering assets on time and to the correct format.
  • Organisational Skills:

    Highly effective in managing competing priorities, ensuring all content is published according to the weekly calendar.
  • Communication:

    Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail in social media copy and compliance.
