Video Content Creator

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator(Shoot+Edit), someone who can shoot, edit, and craft story-driven content for Reels, YouTube, WhatsApp, and social ads.

You don’t need to be a technician — you need to be a creator. If you can find stories in walls and emotions in testimonials, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot project walkthroughs, testimonial videos, and behind-the-scenes footage on-site
• Edit videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube (both short and long-form)
• WhatsApp promos
• Social ad creatives (for Facebook/Instagram — bonus)
• Add music, text, transitions, motion graphics, and other elements to elevate content
• Focus on emotion-led storytelling in real estate — not just technical specifications
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with project launches, site visits, and customer journeys
• Stay updated with current social media formats and content trends

Preferred Experience

• Creating short ad-style Reels (real estate, product, or service-based)
• Producing YouTube videos with strong hook and retention beyond 30 seconds
• Applying hook-based storytelling and effective CTA placement
• Writing or improvising voiceover scripts and subtitles

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Creative with a strong visual sense (self-taught or professionally trained)
• Passionate about video storytelling — not just editing
• Comfortable directing people on camera (clients, teams, vendors)
• Familiar with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, stabilizers, and microphones
• Skilled in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or preferred editing tools
• Proven experience producing Reels, YouTube videos, or vlogs that engage audiences
