About the Role

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers with excellent communication skills in South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) to join our team for ATM cash verification through video calling. The role involves interacting with field staff and verifying ATM transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video call-based cash verification of ATMs with field staff.
• Accurately verify and record ATM cash details during calls.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines during verification.
• Communicate effectively in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) as per requirement.
• Escalate discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor/team lead.
• Maintain logs and prepare reports of daily verification activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Languages: Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Data Entry).
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (Freshers welcome).
• Age: 18 – 26 years.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required).
