To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a background in customer service or sales. Proficiency in operating video calling platforms is essential, as well as the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize customer requirements. Knowledge of women's ethnic and lifestyle products will be advantageous, and fluency in multiple languages is a desirable asset.
