Video + Audio Editor

We're seeking a skilled Audio-Video Podcast Editor who can create high-quality, engaging audio-video content and dynamic social media clips.

You’ll need technical expertise in audio-video editing and an intuitive ability to grasp conversational flow and edit thoughtfully rather than mechanically.

What You'll Do:

• Edit Podcasts by identifying impactful segments, removing irrelevant content, and ensuring the flow remains natural and engaging.
• Create engaging social media clips by thoughtfully selecting segments, aligning b-roll, captions, and sometimes, motion graphics, to elevate each video's storytelling and impact.
• Manage multiple projects independently, always delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
• Collaborate closely with teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven professional experience in video editing, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) is needed to naturally understand and edit human conversations and narrative content.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve, consistently meet deadlines, and take full accountability for projects.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven editing tools and workflows.
