Role Overview:

LLM Trainers – Video Annotation Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Watch robotic task videos in full before starting annotation.
• Identify the

  main objective

  of each robot task and smaller steps involved.
• Summarize the outcome: success, partial success, or failure, and highlight errors or inefficiencies.
• Provide

  timestamped annotations

  describing each robot movement in detail.
• Ensure annotations adhere strictly to structured guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Review and refine annotations based on feedback to improve clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with any programming language (technical background).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Comfort with repetitive, precision-focused tasks.
• Ability to differentiate between successful, partial, and failed task execution.
• Prior experience in data annotation, transcription, or quality assurance is a plus but not mandatory.
• Mac or Windows laptop (Chromebooks not accepted).
• Willingness to allow

  screen recording or screenshots

  while working on tasks.

Commitment & Work Conditions:

• 40 hours/week with at least 4 hours/day overlapping with

  PST time zone

• Remote work from home.
• Engagement is initially for 2 months, with a chance of extension based on performance.
