Graphic Designer

• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, and creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and ads
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels for marketing campaigns
• Edit walkthrough videos, site-visit videos, testimonials, and promo videos
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all creatives
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and content requirements
• Adapt creatives based on performance insights and feedback
• Prepare creatives in required formats for ads and organic posts
• Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  (or equivalent tools)
• Experience in

  reel creation and short-form video editing

• Good understanding of social media trends and formats
• Strong sense of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to convert briefs into visually appealing creatives
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and ad creatives

• Experience working with real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands
• Knowledge of motion graphics and transitions for reels
• Familiarity with Instagram and Meta ad creative best practices
