Video Analyst

As a Video Analyst/Monitoring Officer at Stream Perfect Global Services (SPGS), your role involves monitoring live CCTV footage, detecting suspicious activities, maintaining detailed logs, and ensuring compliance with security protocols and operational procedures. You will play a crucial role in real-time video monitoring of multiple client locations, promptly reporting incidents, and escalating critical issues as per established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor live CCTV footage from multiple client sites in real-time. - Detect and accurately report any unusual or suspicious activity following client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Maintain clear, concise, and accurate daily activity logs and incident records. - Escalate critical incidents to designated contacts or emergency services based on established escalation guidelines. - Ensure strict compliance with security protocols and operational procedures. - Generate and submit detailed incident reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Retrieve and provide relevant video footage and evidence for investigations. - Conduct system health checks and promptly report technical malfunctions or disruptions. - Maintain high standards of confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. Key Requirements: - Prior experience in CCTV surveillance, control room operations, or security monitoring preferred. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify even minor on-screen irregularities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Quick decision-making skills and ability to respond effectively during incidents. - Familiarity with Video Management Systems (VMS) and general computer operations. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Strong commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (No active backlogs).
