We are looking for a highly organized and strategically minded Video Ad Strategist with a strong understanding of games, marketing, user acquisition, and creatives. This role serves as a critical link between creative strategy and production execution.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for structuring compelling video concepts, understands the nuances of platform-specific creative requirements, and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and effective video ad strategies aligned with user acquisition objectives.
• Analyze gameplay, UA data, and market trends to inform creative direction.
• Translate marketing goals into structured video concepts and performance-driven narratives.
• Ensure all assets are organized, versioned, and delivered according to established timelines.
• Adapt creative strategies for platform-specific formats across TikTok, Meta, and others.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, and production teams to align on creative execution.
• Monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities for creative improvement.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and clarity across all deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous refinement of internal creative processes and workflow documentation.
