ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Vice Principal shall report to the Principal

Main KRAs shall be centered around student and teacher performance.

While focus will be on academics, co curricular and extra curricular activities shall be important too

The VP will also assist the Principal in Admin affairs

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

The Vice Principal to be selected will have the potential to take over as the Principal of one of the schools at an appropriate time - a job for which he / she will be groomed in line with the principles of career planning and growth ( subject to performance.)

MUST have had at least 5 years of hands-on teaching experience as a PGT in a top school of the country.

SHOULD have been active in co / extra curricular activities and in admin aspects of school management.

REMUNERATION :

Salary is unlikely to be a constraint in the selection process.

Serving Principals include those in the top CTC band in the India school eco system.

HOWEVER - offers will vary depending upon the profile of the candidate. High end of indicative band mentioned will not be on offer irrespective of current CTC
