Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice Principal located in Pune (Hinjawadi). The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, collaborating with teachers and staff to ensure high-quality education delivery, and implementing student-centered approaches to enhance learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in education management and leadership
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of academic excellence standards and best practices
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation
• Masters degree in Education Administration or related field
• Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures

Female candidates will excellent school management experience.
