Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in overall school management and administration.
• Ensure smooth academic operations and curriculum implementation.
• Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Organize school activities, events, and examinations.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and the community to foster positive relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a school environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle administrative duties efficiently.
