Job Description

Specialist in the testing of Applications and Solutions. The Quality/Testing leader is responsible for

1. Testing Strategy and Plans,

2. Setting the direction for Testing / QA,

3. Carryout Due Diligence/Assessment for Automation/ Modernization/ Migration/ QA Maturity etc. and recommend QA Roadmap.

Provide Technical Leadership, prepare Test Plan and Strategy.
Provide Leadership for Test Design and Guidance during test specification development.
Mentor and coach, participate in team meetings, and create Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.
Lead Test Best Practices implementations and Innovations etc.,
Review and approve Test Plans and Test Designs (prepared by test team and Technical Leaders).
Interface with Development & Architecture teams and Vendors.
Represent QA in Architecture, Design and Requirements inspections.
Provides technical advice and assistance to project management team.
Act as liaison to Development and Support teams.
Ensure that all the QA teams follow a common Test Methodology using common Best Practices, Tools and Test Approach.
Cooperates in Application/Product quality assessment and analysis.
Excellent communication.
Good in Client and Stakeholder interaction & Communication and Presentations etc.,
Good in Metric definition, Verification and Analysis.
Leadership Reporting.

Tools Evaluations, Analysis and Recommendations.
