As a Vice President Product Agility Lead in the Global Finance & Business Management team, your daily responsibilities involve defining, refining, and executing the vision and objectives of the Product Owner while providing support to Area Product Owners worldwide. Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting a hybrid global team of Product Owner and Area Product Owners within the Finance Transformation Office by managing requirements, dependencies, risks/opportunities, and status - Leading and coaching Agility leads/Scrum Masters and teams to drive high performance - Organizing and leading product-wide events and initiatives such as Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, end-of-sprint Product reviews, retrospectives, and end-of-quarter product assessments - Driving product efficiency through managing the product improvement backlog, enhancing speed, efficiency, and collaboration, and promoting productivity and collaboration - Collaborating with area product owners on data governance needs, developing a comprehensive plan, and addressing swing capacity requirements during high-demand periods - Utilizing tools and standards to prepare team members for presenting quarterly demo materials, measuring agility outcomes, and coaching team members to overcome challenges - Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by enhancing cross-product and cross-team efficiencies, minimizing waste, and improving dependency management - Ensuring compliance with product controls and agile processes, participating in product controls audits, and contributing to resiliency planning - Providing oversight and guidance on overall delivery across the entire product - Managing junior team member deliverables, work prioritization, and performance management Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's degree required; additional certifications like CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance) preferred - Scrum/Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO) - Minimum of 10 years experience in an analytical and financial role - At least 3 years of agile coaching experience - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Familiarity with JIRA and experience in using JIRA and associated workflow management tools - Experience in conducting high-level meetings with senior stakeholders - Flexibility to work late EMEA shifts,
