Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Govt Primary Health Centre, located in Gondia. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of healthcare products and services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, gathering and analyzing product requirements, creating product strategies, monitoring product performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves managing timelines, budgets, and resolving issues to ensure the successful delivery of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, including creating product strategies and overseeing product development
• Ability to gather and analyze product requirements, conduct market research, and monitor product performance
• Project management skills, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Gondia
