Job Description

Role Overview: Genpact is a global professional services and solutions firm with a workforce of 125,000+ individuals in over 30 countries. As a Vice President, Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading RFP/RFI responses and proactive bids in Consumer / Commercial Banking processes. Your role will involve defining operational, digital / technology, analytics, and commercial aspects of the solution, developing capabilities to offer differentiated services, and presenting solutions to clients. Your aim will be to drive sales bookings and contribute to the strategic growth of the service line. Key Responsibilities: - Lead RFP/RFI responses and proactive bids as the Lead Solutions Architect (LSA) for Consumer / Commercial Banking processes - Develop capability and forward-compatible solutions to enhance offerings in Consumer/ Commercial Banking - Create thought leadership content to generate pipeline for functions and clients and support the service line strategy - Collaborate internally in a matrixed structure, drive innovation, and showcase thought leadership through various platforms - Stay updated on economic, technological, and competitive changes impacting clients and regulatory updates affecting client businesses - Drive cohesiveness across global activities and integrate technology and analytics to provide optimal solutions Qualifications Required: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - MBA or equivalent degree - Relevant years of experience in the banking industry as an operations manager, solution architect, or transformation lead Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Consulting experience with the ability to articulate value proposition and differentiators effectively - Transformation experience with a track record of designing and executing operational transformations; operational experience is a plus Please note that the company details were not provided in the job description.,
