Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Formulation Development located in Hyderabad. The Vice President of Formulation Development will lead the formulation R&D team, oversee project management, and ensure timely delivery of product development milestones. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, managing philanthropy initiatives, and fostering innovation in drug formulation processes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize formulation strategies and achieve corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
• Strong background in Philanthropy and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Advanced knowledge in drug development and formulation processes
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
• Master's or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in formulation development
