Vice President Experience Design

Role Overview: As the Vice President Experience Design Lead within Corporate and Investment Banking Markets Operations, you will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experiences to customers. You will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help customers with issues. Your role involves shaping the user experience across products and services, leveraging deep knowledge of design and research practices to lead strategically important initiatives, and develop innovative solutions aligned with business requirements and user needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior designers, and fostering inclusivity and accessibility are key aspects of this role to enhance the overall customer experience.
