Job Description

As a VP - Digital CX Engagement Lead with over 16 years of experience, your role will involve: - Strong technical background with expertise in conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies. - Proven track record in delivering Google CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex.AI solutions. - Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models. - Sound understanding of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning. - Knowledge of software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. - Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions.
