Job Description

As part of the Digital Marketing team at HSBC, your role will involve developing and executing customer-focused digital sales and marketing strategies for INM RBWM. Your primary responsibility will be to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention on the mobile app. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and execution of the mobile digital strategy, including developing end-to-end processes for user acquisition - Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across various platforms like search, social media, ASO, and other mobile networks to acquire users - Drive sales targets through sales funnel analysis, proposition, messaging, and acquisition, and be accountable for digital sales and revenue targets sourced digitally - Optimize the journey funnel through experiments to meet user acquisition and CPA targets - Manage day-to-day operation and growth of mobile campaigns by collaborating with internal stakeholders across operations, call center, and VCIP teams - Monitor digital KPIs and MIS, collaborate with local business stakeholders to track key metrics like app installs, active users, drop-offs, and conversion rates - Create engaging content in collaboration with the marketing and proposition team to showcase app features/benefits for driving growth - Stay updated on mobile app market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and keep abreast of emerging technologies - Engage in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, agency management, and ensure seamless campaign execution Qualifications: - MBA from a reputed business school with a minimum of 10-12 years of overall digital marketing experience - Detailed understanding of retail banking products and services - Thorough knowledge of the mobile app marketing landscape in India, including app stores, ad networks, and user acquisition strategies - Data-driven and analytical individual with a test and learn approach - Ability to liaise with media and creative agencies to execute campaigns efficiently - Prior experience in a product/marketing role in the financial services category is preferred At HSBC, we are committed to creating a workplace where all employees are valued, respected, and their opinions count.
