We're seeking a future team member for the role of to join our team. This role is located in .

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Integral role in the timely set-up of interest rate requests
• Coordinates with client facing team and RM to ensure necessary client documentation is in place and uploaded in system to be uplifted to the regional repository
• Implementing laid-down controls to ensure adequate audit trail and segregation of duties is maintained (for compliance, risk, audit reviews)
• Showcase in-depth understanding of Interest rates, review of client contracts and identify gaps
• Lead control and risk management testing and reporting, including Error / Near Miss analyses
• Eye for detail in reviewing client contracts, identifying Interest Rate conditions
• Collaborate with the business to understand current controls, minimizing risk and assist in designing and delivering automations
• Identify deficiencies in data systems and create processes to improve defenses.
• Assist in analyzing technology and market trends to determine potential risks and address them across businesses.
• May supervise the work of junior control professionals.
• Contribute to the achievement of area objectives, support multiple complex projects, and own project timelines.
• Provide input into the development of controls and protocols for the function.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree is required advanced degree preferred.
• Understanding of Interest Rates, Derivatives, Financial Markets is a must
• 8-10 years of total work experience preferred
• Experience in operations and financial services industry is preferred
• Understanding of AI tools is an added advantage
