Identification and mitigation of compliance risks
Implementation of regulatory directions in line with applicable norms and sufficient testing testing and reporting of results
Ensuring the timely implementation of applicable regulatory Circular norms, Compliance Policy mandates, preparation of MIS and other reports
Advisory function towards management and other departments
Implementing and enforcement of policies, processes and procedures in line with regulatory and internal compliance requirements in a timely manner
Follow up and closure of Regulatory/Supervisory and internal audit findings within defined timelines
working towards reduction of compliance risk incidents and ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best industry practices.
