Job Description

- Develops and executes aggressive sales strategies to grow revenues and expand the market through new business acquisitions. - Develops executive-level interactions with clients to advance individual opportunities and connections. - Ensures thorough adherence to Sales Processes and policies. - Driving Sales Forecast and maintaining a Sufficient Pipeline at all times. - Intelligence on competition/market movement, tracing sales wins and losses - Work closely with Product Engineering and Delivery teams to maximize opportunities and productivity. Competencies/Skill Set: - Expert in Enterprise/B2B sales. - Handled the complete Sales cycle. - CXO connects and relationship building. - Closed Minimum Ticket of 50 Lakhs of deals - Individual contributor role. - Strong acumen in Sales & Business - Development of Insurance/Lending product - Exposure to handling and closing Enterprise deals - Solid Team player & extremely self-motivated - Should have outstanding presentation and negotiation skills - A successful communicator at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills Desired Profile: - Demonstrates a track record of success and consistent achievement of sales goals. - Should be a go-getter and exhibit skills of going the extra mile. - Proven track record of achieving sales Targets. - Willingness to travel as needed Experience in Domestic/International markets
