Job Description

Conduct vibration-based diagnostics and root cause analysis for rotating machinery.
Experience in industries such as Paper, Steel, Cement, Chemical, Power, Refineries (e.g., ONGC),and Textiles.
Validate real-world performance of our in-house vibration sensor by working closely with RD and customers.
Support AI/ML algorithm development by feeding diagnostic insights to data science teams.
Perform comparative studies between our product and leading industry analyzers.
Assist in troubleshooting customer installations and provide technical recommendations.
Conduct field trials and technical demos to demonstrate the product s advantages.
Work cross-functionally with RD, Business Development, and Manufacturing teams.
Contribute to case studies, technical documentation, and customer training materials.

Expertise in vibration-based diagnostics and industrial machine fault detection.
Hands-on experience in Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) technologies.
Experience with vibration analysis software and predictive maintenance tools.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and troubleshooting.
Interest in AI/ML-driven diagnostics (Preferred).
BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in CBM technologies.
CAT II or CAT III certification (CAT III for senior role).
