Role & Responsibilities:

Edit anime-style storytelling videos to match cinematic pacing and emotional impact
Add realistic camera movements (zoom, pan, tilt, shake) to bring scenes to life
Sync visuals precisely with dialogue, music, and sound effects for dramatic rhythm
Apply VFX elements such as light flares, motion blur, glow effects, and screen transitions
Use
Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
to enhance mood, tension, and storytelling beats
Deliver 12 minutes of high-quality, movie-style edited footage daily
Ensure polished, YouTube-ready output that feels like an anime trailer or cinematic short

Preferred Candidate Profile:

2–5 years of experience in video editing and VFX, especially for YouTube or anime-style content
Mastery of
Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
with a strong cinematic editing sense
Strong grasp of
emotional storytelling
, timing, and rhythm
Experience with
dynamic camera simulation
(zoom, pan, shake) in 2D or anime-style content
Portfolio/showreel must demonstrate cinematic storytelling and anime-inspired edits
Ability to take feedback and revise quickly under tight deadlines
Self-driven, deadline-focused, and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
Bonus: Familiarity with anime tropes, transitions, and MSA-style storytelling tone
