Veterinary Doctor Engagement

As a KAM Veterinary Doctor Engagement & Online Consultation, your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of veterinary professionals on the online consultation platform. Your role is crucial in expanding the nationwide consultation network and ensuring smooth coordination for online consultations. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment & Onboarding: - Identify and engage licensed veterinary doctors across India - Utilize personal industry connections to build a high-quality doctor network - Facilitate documentation, onboarding training, and profile setup - Relationship & Consultation Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for all doctors on the platform - Ensure seamless scheduling, attendance, and delivery of consultations - Provide support to doctors for operational or technical concerns during consultations - Operational Support: - Monitor availability and coverage of doctor consultation slots nationwide - Coordinate with internal teams (tech, marketing, support) for day-to-day doctor needs - Maintain records, track performance, and encourage engagement - Expansion & Planning: - Identify under-served geographies and specializations - Propose expansion strategies in Tier 2/3 cities - Align doctor schedules with peak demand periods in collaboration with marketing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent - Additional certification in sales, marketing, or business management is a plus Experience Needed: - Experience in a pet product manufacturing company OR in a sales/liaison role with veterinary doctors in pharma/petcare - Strong professional network within the veterinary community nationwide Skills Desired: - Excellent communication skills in English; regional languages proficiency is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities - Well-organized, responsive, and self-motivated - Proficient with digital tools like Excel, CRM platforms, and video consultation systems What We Offer: - Be a key part of a mission-driven, high-growth pet care brand - Shape the future of pet healthcare access across India - Enjoy a collaborative, pet-loving work environment - Competitive compensation and long-term career growth opportunities This job entails occasional travel for doctor onboarding and relationship management.,
