Job Description: As a veterinarian specializing in small animals at Vetz for Petz Pvt Ltd, your primary role will involve providing medical care to small animals. This includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and offering emergency care. You will work closely with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the well-being of the animals. Keeping detailed patient records and effectively communicating with pet owners regarding their pet's health and treatment plans will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting thorough physical exams on small animals - Diagnosing and treating a variety of illnesses and injuries - Performing surgical procedures as needed - Providing emergency medical care when necessary - Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff - Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records - Communicating effectively with pet owners regarding their pet's health and treatment plans Qualifications Required: - Possess skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies - Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Strong diagnostic and surgical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Display a compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards animals and pet owners - Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification - Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the region,
