By contributing your skills, you help advance the background screening experience, providing visibility and insights that empower our clients to make informed decisions. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct employment, education, and reference checks - Ensure searches are processed according to client requirements/guidelines - Maintain consistent quality and timely delivery - Process, analyze, and document information accurately - Meet SLAs and TAT - Uphold integrity, discipline, and confidentiality per company policies - Collaborate effectively in a team environment - Willingness to work overtime when necessary **Qualifications:** - Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification - 1 to 2 years of experience in an International BPO & in Voice Process - Basic Computer Knowledge required - Willingness to work night shifts At Accurate Background, we provide a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with ample opportunities for growth.
