Responsibilities: - Conduct employment, education, and reference checks - Ensure searches are processed in accordance with client requirements/guidelines - Maintain consistent quality and timely delivery - Process, analyze, and document information accurately - Meet SLAs and TAT - Uphold integrity, discipline, and confidentiality as per company policies - Ability to work effectively in a team - Willingness to work overtime when required Qualifications: - Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification - 1 to 2 years of experience in an International BPO & in Voice Process - Basic Computer Knowledge required - Willingness to work night shifts The Accurate Way: We offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for growth.
