Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Document Verification Executive. This is a non-voice back-end role focused on verifying and validating customer documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify customer documents submitted during onboarding or KYC processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of submitted information.
• Cross-check data with internal systems and update customer records.
• Flag and escalate discrepancies or suspicious documents for further review.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data.
• Coordinate with internal teams for clarifications and approvals when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly verification targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in document verification / non-voice BPO is preferred but not mandatory.

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: ₹5,999.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
