  • Support test automation and contribute to continuous test improvement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant automotive standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, ISO 21448 SOTIF, OBD, UNECE ADAS regulations).
  • Provide root cause analysis and participate in triaging and fix-verification cycles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive ECU/system testing, preferably in the ADAS domain.

  • Understanding of CAN communication protocols and related test tools.
  • Familiarity with SIL, MIL, VIL, and vehicle track testing.
  • Knowledge of automotive safety and regulatory standards.
  • Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have:

  • Experience with Python/MATLAB scripting, Jenkins, CI/CD, and CAPL scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in real-vehicle testing and data logging (e.g., ADTF, ROS, RTMaps, VeriStand).
  • ISTQB Certification / Automotive Testing Certification.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and passion for high-quality delivery.
  • Willingness to learn and work on new ADAS technologies.
