As a Vendor Risk and Continuous Monitoring professional, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring vendors using monitoring tools. You will review alerts and collaborate with Vendors, Business, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate impacts and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct vendor risk assessments and related tasks in the areas of compliance, IT audit, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Utilize Vendor Management tools and Continuous monitoring platforms like BitSight, Lexis Diligence, and Supplier Risk Indicator. - Possess strong knowledge of Excel for data analysis purposes. - Monitor vendors across financial, compliance, reputational, cyber security, and privacy domains. - Demonstrate a sound understanding of vendor risk management processes, compliance frameworks, and industry regulations. - Conduct periodic assessments on third parties and Affiliates to support the organization's risk management strategy. - Work in UK Shift with flexibility, especially for vendor and internal meetings during US business hours.
