Vendor Management Professional

As a Vendor Management Professional at Wellversed Health PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Purchase Department by managing vendors, monitoring inventory, and coordinating procurement activities. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the department. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Matrix - Identify and evaluate vendors based on pricing, delivery, and support services to establish strong partnerships. - Negotiation with Vendors - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors while upholding quality standards. - Vendor Coordination - Serve as the main point of contact between the company and vendors, managing purchase orders, delivery schedules, and issue resolutions. - Stock Management - Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability. - Vendor Compliance Checks - Verify vendors" certifications, licenses, and quality adherence to ensure compliance records are up to date. Qualifications Required: - Graduated - 6 months to 3 years of experience (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply) Key Skills: - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets including data entry, formatting, filtering, and lookup functions. - Strong email writing and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Google Calendar. - Understanding of purchase and inventory processes. - Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and follow-up abilities. - Proficiency in Google Sheets.
