Vehicle Testing Engineer

Role Overview: As a Vehicle Testing Support, you will be responsible for supporting vehicle testing activities as per IS/ ECE Standards. Your role will involve providing inputs for troubleshooting vehicle level failures, coordinating with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to resolve issues, generating Design Validation Plan (DVP), completing tests as per DVP within timelines, supporting field demonstrations of vehicles, aiding in prototype vehicle assembly, and preparing reports such as Final Inspection Reports (FIRS) and test reports. Key Responsibilities: - Provide troubleshooting inputs for vehicle level failures and conduct component failure analysis. - Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to resolve issues. - Generate Design Validation Plan (DVP) based on vehicle aggregates change matrix. - Ensure completion of all tests as per DVP within the stipulated timeline. - Support in field demonstration of vehicles. - Provide feedback and support in prototype vehicle assembly. - Generate appropriate reports and documents, releasing Final Inspection Reports (FIRS) and test reports upon test completion. Qualification Required: - Basic knowledge of automobile aggregates. - Hands-on experience in driving all categories of commercial and passenger vehicles. - Possession of a valid four-wheel transport license. - Knowledge in vehicle packaging. - Ability to troubleshoot in proto, manufacturing, and field failure solutions.,
