About the Role

Vehicle Placement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange vehicle placement based on shipment and customer requirements.
• Communicate with vendors, transporters, and drivers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Track vehicle status and maintain records of placement and movement.
• Prepare and update daily MIS and operational reports.
• Follow up on vehicle schedules, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with transport partners and internal departments.
• Handle operational concerns and resolve issues related to transport placement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in

  logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination

  preferred.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations.
