Job Description

Lead system-level packaging to ensure design feasibility, ergonomics, serviceability, and manufacturability.
Conduct design integration reviews and resolve conflicts across subsystems.
Demonstrate expertise in powertrain, hydraulic systems, chassis, and vehicle dynamics integration.
Coordinate the integration of the engine, transmission, axles, hydraulic aggregates, PTO, cooling systems, wiring harnesses, and operator environment.
Lead CAD reviews (UG NX) to ensure adherence to vehicle design requirements.
Own and manage the vehicle BOM, system interfaces, and change requests.
Participate in gate reviews, risk assessments (DFMEA), and program milestone tracking.
