Job Description

The Vegan Chef will create and prepare high-quality plant-based dishes, manage kitchen operations, and ensure all food meets vegan standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop 100% vegan menus and recipes.
  • Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff on vegan cooking techniques.
  • Stay updated with vegan food trends and ingredients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in vegan or plant-based cooking.
  • Strong knowledge of plant proteins, dairy substitutes, and vegan ingredients.
  • Good kitchen management and time-management skills.
  • Culinary certification is a plus.

Personal Attributes:

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about vegan cuisine.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
