Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of vegan dishes including appetizers, mains, desserts, and beverages.
  • Develop new recipes and seasonal menus aligned with plant-based cuisine.
  • Source fresh ingredients and ensure all food items are 100% vegan.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
  • Monitor inventory, storage, and food costing.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Train assistant chefs or kitchen staff on vegan preparation techniques and plating.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.

Skills & Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working as a Vegan Chef / Plant-Based Chef / Health Food Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of vegan ingredients, substitutes, nutrition, and culinary methods.
  • Creativity in plant-based menu development.
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene & FSSAI guidelines.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent plating, presentation, and taste balance skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
