Veeva Vault QMS Configuration Consultant

configuring objects, lifecycles, workflows, roles, security policies, metadata, and Quality processes

This role requires strong QMS domain understanding and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable configuration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize
Vault QMS
:

Objects & Object Types
Lifecycles & States
Workflows, Entry/Exit criteria
Roles, Groups & Security Policies
Fields, Page Layouts & Metadata Models

Implement and enhance Quality modules:

CAPA, Deviations, Complaints, Change Control, Lab Investigations

Support UAT, configuration testing, and validation documentation as per
21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, ISO 13485
.
Participate in
data migration
, business process mapping, and configuration deployments.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into system configurations.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Required Skills:

7+ years of hands-on experience in
Veeva Vault configuration
(QMS preferred).
Strong understanding of Vault Admin Console and configuration best practices.
Experience configuring
lifecycles, workflows, security, roles, metadata, and object relationships
.
Good understanding of
GxP, validation, and documentation requirements
.
Experience working with Pharma/Life Sciences QMS processes.
