Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field marketing (preferably in FMCG, automobile, or lubricant products).
• Must hold a valid driving license (LMV or commercial).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across assigned districts.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and responsible with time management.
• Managing and team leading skill

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: ₹18000– ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive commission based on sales performance (potential total monthly earnings ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 or more)
• Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance and performance rewards (as per company policy)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver OXICOL car care products to customers and distributors within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer needs and maintain strong business relationships with car service centers, detailing studios, and workshops.
• Conduct regular field visits to promote new and existing products.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide basic training or samples to customers when required.
• Collect feedback from customers and report insights to the sales manager.
• Ensure proper documentation of daily sales, delivery, and collection activities.
• Attend weekly meetings, submit activity reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
