Job Description

Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied. Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and organize delivery logs, and report any issues or delays encountered. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip, reporting any vehicle issues to management. Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws during delivery. Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and handling complaints.
