Job Description

Role: Valuation Specialist

Exp 5+ years

Responsibilities

  • Review and update high volumes of investment valuation data
    • Identify and assess the client’s submissions to achieve compliant results • Must process with efficiency and accuracy by using the proper methods/tools in accordance with company procedures • Maintain records of client submissions, process client requests, and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong organization, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies, strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure, self-motivated, and resourceful • Knowledge of Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) and other investment accounts is a plus
