Validation Lead (QS) - Interior

As a Validation Lead, your role involves offering solutions for both modular and services scope of work. Modulars are managed by dedicated vendors nationwide, while services are delivered through a curated marketplace of Livspace-certified contractor partners and an in-house contracting team. Your key responsibilities include: - Validating drawings, BOQ & site. - Understanding drawings of all disciplines (Modular & Non-modular KWS, furniture, civil, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and verifying quantities of each line item in the BOQ. - Identifying design discrepancies and anticipating execution risks. - Highlighting missing line items in the BOQ. - Finalizing BOQ after resolving design discrepancies and conducting a thorough validation on-site. - Providing error-free validation reports within the provided SLA. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and expertise: - Diploma/ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering or Architecture. - 3+ years of contracting experience (1 year in execution + 2 years in QS) in residential/commercial projects. - Ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks. - Proactive and capable of prioritizing work. - Extremely high level of ownership. - High learning aptitude. - Good communication skills - verbal & written.
