Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Valet based in Karjat. The Valet will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing valet parking operations, and performing administrative tasks. The Valet will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist with luggage, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Valet Parking experience and proficiency in safe vehicle handling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
