Role Overview: You will be responsible for bacterial vaccine manufacturing in the Drug substance Upstream and Downstream processes. This includes operations such as seed germination, fermenter operations, harvest, centrifugation, and cleaning validation activities. You will have the opportunity to work with Bacterial Toxoid vaccine manufacturing for vaccines such as Typhoid, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis. In the Downstream process, you will be involved in purification operations like cell lysis, homogenization, TFF, chromatography, centrifugation, and sterile filtration. Working under cGMP facility and exposure to regulatory audits are essential requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Upstream process operations including seed germination, fermenter operations, harvest, and centrifugation. - Conduct Process performance qualification and Cleaning validation activities. - Work with Bacterial Toxoid vaccine manufacturing such as Typhoid, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis. - Execute Downstream purification operations such as cell lysis, homogenization, TFF, chromatography, and sterile filtration. - Ensure Process performance qualification and Cleaning validation activities are carried out. - Handle Bacterial Toxoid vaccine manufacturing and purification operations for vaccines like Hepatitis, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis. Qualifications Required: - Experience in bacterial vaccine manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with cGMP facility requirements. - Exposure to regulatory audit processes. - Knowledge of upstream and downstream purification operations. - Ability to work with Bacterial Toxoid vaccine manufacturing. - Proficiency in SOP preparation and documentation related to cell culture.
