The clientele involves multinational corporations, banking and financial institutions, business houses, public sector undertakings and individuals.RoleThe candidate is expected to solely handle cases with the assistance of the partners. The role involves a comprehensive study of the case and relevant laws, drafting of pleadings and arguments before the court or tribunal.

The Candidate Must Possess Knowledge Of The Following Laws

• The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
• The Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993
• The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002
• The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
