UX/UI Designer

Role Overview: As a user-experience (UX) designer, your role will involve understanding the business requirements and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys. You will be responsible for translating insights into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your contribution as a UX designer will be crucial in designing the overall functionality of websites/apps to ensure a great user experience through iterative improvements based on user testing feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Translate concepts into intuitive user experiences through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. - Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and test digital product experiences. - Design wireframes and user stories for various devices and interfaces. - Identify design problems and develop elegant solutions. - Make strategic design decisions related to core features. - Adopt a user-centered design approach and actively engage in testing and iterating designs. Qualifications Required: - Hold a Diploma in UX/UI. - Have 1-3 months of internship experience in UX/UI design. - Proficiency in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision Studio, and Sketch. - Strong understanding of UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping. - Possess strong communication skills to convey design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to internal teams and clients.
